Fulbariatoday.com Blog Theme Development

I was assigned to design and develop a custom Blogger-based news theme for Fulbariatoday.com, a local Bangladeshi news website. The project required building a modern, highly readable interface with a focus on clarity, performance, and responsiveness tailored to both mobile and desktop audiences.

• News-Focused Layout: Structured homepage and article pages that prioritize readability and content flow.
• SEO Optimization: Implemented schema markup, semantic HTML, and clean links to help with discoverability.
• Performance: Optimized image loading, minimized scripts, and lazy-loaded content to boost speed.
• Flexible Ads Placement: Strategically positioned ad slots across various sections without harming UX.

A unique challenge with this project was that the mobile and desktop designs were entirely different, both structurally and visually. To ensure consistency and maintain code clarity, I had to build out the desktop layouts first for each page type, then develop the mobile view separately.

This doubled the design workload and made the process more time-consuming, especially while using the Blogger platform where flexibility is limited compared to modern frameworks.
